The GBA game features more than 16 unique user-playable cars to choose from, each with various levels of car tuning options. "Tuner" fans are able to upgrade and customize their cars with plenty of performance and style modifications. Gameplay is similar to the console titles, meaning you explore different metropolitan areas and look for other car fans to challenge them to races. Players race through three cities- Tokyo, London and Los Angeles-on six different tracks. There are more than 60 different rivals to challenge.

Dynasty Warriors 3 is the third installment of the Dynasty Warriors series in North America and the second within the Shin Sangoku Musou series in Japan. It is a spin-off from the video game Romance of the Three Kingdoms and based around a series of books by the same name, written by Luo Guanzhong. The game contains a number of fictional and non-fictional elements from the same era in Chinese history that Romance of the Three Kingdoms is set. However, it follows the main events of part of the story which is to unify China under the single rule of a kingdom.

When the man opens the book, he gets sucked into a picture book world. In this world, he becomes Tingle, wearing a green costume. Tingle meets three characters that accompany him on his journey to escape the world: Kakashi the scarecrow, Buriki the tin robot woman, and Lion the lion. The game was never released outside of Japan, but its English title was stated in The Legend of Zelda: Encyclopedia.
