PlayTracker Guide
Setting up
For PlayTracker to be able to automatically sync your data from the platforms you play on, you need to link your accounts for each platform.
Any accounts you link must be set to public in order for PlayTracker to be able to access your data. Each supported account link has its own page with detailed visual instructions.
Once an account is successfully linked for the first time it will take some time for data to fully sync - particularly if you have a large account with lots of games.

Frequently asked questions
Will my data on PlayTracker be real-time?
No, syncing is handled on a scheduled queue, which means there is a short delay (a couple of hours) between changes in your data happening and those same changes (for example achievements earned) showing up on PlayTracker.
Does this give PlayTracker control of my platform account?
No, PlayTracker can only read data this way. It cannot make actions on your behalf and your linked accounts cannot be compromised even if PlayTracker were to get hacked.
Privacy
PlayTracker is proudly based in the European Union and works with established data privacy experts to ensure your data is properly handled. Please check out our short and to the point privacy notice, which was written to be clear for the average user.
No, seriously - you can actually understand it without going to law school. Do check it out.

Account security
It’s important for the security of your account that your email is correct and can receive emails from us. A verification link is sent to all users upon registration, but it sometimes ends up in spam so please check there too.
In some cases the email can be rejected entirely by your email provider in which case you’ll have to contact us to resolve the issue. This is most common with local email providers like GMX and Apple's iCloud.
